What others ask.
Do customers need an app?
No. The card lives directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet - the wallet every smartphone ships with. No downloads, no app sign-up.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Apple Wallet is part of every iPhone, Google Wallet of every Android. The card looks and works the same on both.
What if a customer has no smartphone?
Staff find them in the app by name or phone number and add the points by hand. Nobody is left out.
How long does the launch take?
We set up the program together in a single call. Your QR counter cards arrive within days - and from then on it runs by itself.
What about my POS?
We connect to the most widespread Czech POS systems and hook up others through the REST API. And where a POS cannot be connected, staff scan from a phone - it takes two seconds.
What do extra locations cost?
The price covers a business with up to two locations. Each additional location is CZK 490 per month - and everything else stays unlimited.
How do the notifications work?
You write the message in the admin and it shows on customers' lock screens right with the card. The card can also remind customers by itself when they are near your venue.
Where is the data and what about GDPR?
The data runs in the EU (Frankfurt). Your business is the controller, we are the processor - you get the data processing agreement to sign at onboarding.
